MELISSA RANDEL
After a year of International, National, and Bus and Truck touring companies, Melissa was sent to Broadway to play the optimistic, dizzy brunette “Judy Turner” in A Chorus Line. Melissa is deeply grateful to her teachers Michael Bennett, Joseph Papp, Blair Cutting, Tony Greco, and SITI Company. Favorite credits include Syzygy Theatre Company’s 365 Plays in 365 Days, an all-female version of Julius Caesar, and portraying Margaret Bourke White in Cover of Life. Melissa’s artistic passion includes creating and performing in theatre that blurs the lines between movement and text. Her production of The Walking Wounded...an Evening of Dorothy Parker marked her trip, stumble, and fall into the world of experimental theatre. Melissa is Co-Chair of the Theatre Department at Glendale College and is represented by Circle Talent Associates. |
